SiteLoom Shop Helper (“the App”) is developed and operated by SiteLoom ApS (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data when merchants install or use the App in connection with their Shopify store.

2. Information We Collect

When you install the App, we automatically access certain data from your Shopify account to provide our services. This may include:

Basic store information (store name, email, domain, owner name)
Product data (titles, descriptions, tags, prices, inventory)
Collection data (names, rules, and relationships between products and collections)
SEO fields (titles and meta descriptions)

We do not collect payment information, customer personal data, or order details unless explicitly required for a specific tool and clearly stated before use.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected data only to:

Provide and improve the App’s functionality (e.g., SEO checks, link scans, collection management)
Offer technical support and respond to inquiries
Maintain and secure the App’s performance

We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is processed securely in accordance with GDPR and Shopify’s Partner Program requirements.
We store only the minimum necessary data, and only for as long as needed to provide the App’s functionality.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and secure servers.

5. Data Transfers Outside the EU

Some data may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside the European Union (EU).
When such transfers occur, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, to guarantee an adequate level of data protection in accordance with GDPR.

6. Access and Deletion

If you uninstall the App, all store-related data stored on our servers will be automatically deleted within 30 days.
